1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Rehearse Practice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the service.
2Description of Service
Rehearse Practice provides an AI-powered communication coaching platform that enables users to practice conversations through voice simulations and receive detailed performance analysis. The service is provided on an ongoing basis and may be updated, modified, or expanded over time at our discretion.
3User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update that information as needed. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4Subscriptions and Payments
Rehearse Practice offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund eligibility is governed by the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
5Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application. You must not use the service to generate, store, or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content. Automated access to the service without our express written permission is prohibited.
6Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Rehearse Practice — including AI models, scenario content, UI design, and branding — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own personal, non-commercial coaching purposes.
7Disclaimer of Warranties
Rehearse Practice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce specific outcomes in real-world conversations. Use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rehearse Practice and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
